CylentraSystems S.L., headquartered at Calle Real, 24, 52001 Melilla, España, acts as a Data Controller in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - Regulation 2016/679) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

Data Collection Scope: We collect personal telemetry data strictly submitted via direct contact forms, system instance reservations, or client correspondence (e.g., email address, engineer name, phone number, technical infrastructure specs).

Purpose of Processing: Data is processed exclusively to configure custom bare-metal UI/UX design specifications, deliver benchmark SLA reports, execute billing via our integrated Stripe portal, and maintain direct client communication.

Data Retention & Rights: We retain data for the period necessary to fulfill service agreements or statutory legal obligations. Clients may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability by writing to [email protected].

By accessing or subscribing to design services provided by CylentraSystems, you agree to adhere to our system specifications and hardware engineering constraints.

Intellectual Property: All customized design tokens, UI component repositories, and layout architectures delivered upon complete invoice settlement become the exclusive property of the commissioning client, subject to the non-transferable rights of underlying proprietary CylentraSystems base render libraries.

Service Level SLA: Design delivery timelines and benchmark targets (e.g., frame latency, VRAM budgets, DOM element metrics) are agreed upon during initial node instance provisioning.

CylentraSystems uses minimal client-side storage (localStorage) to maintain user interface preferences, cookie banner state confirmation, and active node telemetry sessions.

We do not deploy third-party tracking pixels or commercial ad-network cookies. All session storage state is maintained locally within your browser client.

Due to the bespoke, resource-intensive nature of custom compute UI engineering, allocated instance retainer fees and completed benchmark deliverables are non-refundable once engineering execution has commenced.

If a project instance is canceled prior to thermal allocation or layout phase initialization, a partial refund minus an administrative processing fee of 15% may be issued upon formal request to [email protected].
